Veggie-Burger

Ingredients
200 g carrots
80 g fine oat flakes 200 ml vegetable stock 40 g onions 80 g flour 1 egg 10 g sunflower seeds, peeled 10 ml sunflower oil Spices: salt, pepper, nutmeg 20 ml cooking oil |
DirectionsBoil the
rice in the vegetable stock for 15 minutes.
Shred the cheese as well as the carrots and zucchini. Dice the onions (small pieces). Mix the rice, cheese, carrots, zucchini, onions, oat flakes and eggs. Add pepper (can be more), salt and the herbals. Mix in the bread crumbs and wait for 15 minutes. Then try to form a burger. If the consistence is too wet, add more bread crumbs. When you can form a burger easily, heat a pan, add the oil and fry the veggies. Meanwhile you can boil the potatoes and heat the peas. You can add a sauce if you wish. . |
