· 2 lts. Water · 400 gr. Honey · 2 bunches fresh mint (only leaves) |
Directions

Squeeze of lemon water. Then add water, mix
· Put mint leaves with honet into an ıron contanier and beat until it forms a paste. Put it a double-layered cheese cloth. · Release the mint in cheese cloth into lemonade. By pressing the cheese cloth let the aroma of peppermint transfers to lemonade. By repating this process several times let it rest in the fridge at least 2 hours. · Remove the mint with cheese cloth then add the sugar into lemonade if necessary. By putting it into glasses serve them. |
