Potatoes with spinach and scrambled eggs (for 4 persons)

450g spinach (deep frozen) 8 eggs 40ml milk Salt, pepper, paprika powder Some oil ¼ bunch of parsley Some nutmeg 40g butter . |
DirectionsBoil the potatoes.
Heat the spinach in a small pot gently. When the potatoes are ready, prepare the scrambled eggs. Take a small bowl, break the eggs, add some milk, salt, pepper and paprika powder and mix it. Heat a pan and add the eggs. Stir them until they are ready to eat. Season the spinach with some nutmeg. |

Spinach contains of vitamins, minerals and protein. This is also true for eggs. But eggs are also fatty. It is therefore recommended in Germany not to eat more than 2-3 eggs per week.
