It's healthy (or not) because...
- Cauliflower is not difficult to diggest thanks to its fibres. It makes the intestinal transit easier. There are also a lot of minerals, such as magnesium, calcium. There is also a lot of C vitamines.
- Paris mushrooms contain as much as and sometimes more antioxidant properties than other kind of mushrooms which are more expensive. Antioxidant are said to deal with disease and to improve the immune system of the body. - Lemon contains a lot of mineral salt and C vitamine. It is poor in calorie and it is a natural antiseptic. It is a natural way to season the taste of the food; - Coriander is a good remedy against bloating. - Garlic is benefic against cardiovascular diseases when it is daily eaten. |
Hints
With few lipids and a lot of vitamines mushrooms and cauliflowers greek style are naturally poor in energy. So there is no need to adapt this receipe to be low-fat.
