Directions
Mix the cream cheese and ricotta cheese
together until it forms a smooth paste. Press the cheese into 4 molds, if
desired, or serve free-form on chilled dessert plates. Garnish each mound of
cheese with 1/4 cup toasted walnuts and 2 tablespoons honey.
