Apple Puree
Apfelmus
Ingredients
600 g apples
¼ piece of lemon Spices: sugar, clove, cinnamon stick 200 ml water |
DirectionsPeel, core and slice the apples. Put them in a pot together with water,
sugar and lemon juice. Boil it and then reduce the temperature and continue
with simmering. When the apples are soft, put the pot away from the stove and
mash it with an immersion blender. Leave it to cool and serve it in small
bowls.
